The PLEP is a 120-ECTS mono Master’s program at the University of Bern that combines philosophical training with an interdisciplinary focus on the normative questions at the intersection of politics, law, and economics. It’s designed as a two-year full-time degree, taught in English. Students examine issues like justice, rights, markets, institutions, and the responsibilities of states, non-state actors, and corporations, using rigorous philosophical methods while engaging with adjacent disciplines.
